Our blog has been down for a while and much has happened with our short film BOXED UP since our last post:
Boxed Up has just been accepted to the prestigious DANCES WITH FILMS FESTIVAL and will screen on June 5th at The Chinese Theaters in Los Angeles. Ticket information will be coming soon.
Boxed Up was as an OFFICIAL BEST OF THE FEST film selection, an honor given out by the Indie Film Depot recognizing the top works among the film festival circuit.
The film was also the recipient of a top SPECIAL JURY PRIZE at the California Film Awards. Director Sean McCarthy was on hand to receive the honor
Boxed Up has been accepted and screened at the following festivals:
- Las Vegas Independent Film Festival
winner: best editing - Best Actors in a Film Festival (San Francisco)
winner: best director, best short - Silicon Valley Film Festival
winner: audience award for best of the fest - Independent Film Quarterly Film and Webisode Festival (Santa Monica)
- Seattle True Independent Film Festival
